To upgrade your existing 7slot 64bit/33Mhz or 7slot32bit and PE6R4 to PE6R4-I you need the following parts:

PCie Host Card: 01-04978-01 (qty 1)
Mezzanine Card: 01-04960-02 (qty1)
Ipass Cable: 60-00039-03 (3 meter) (qty1)
For PE6R4 backplane: 01-04050-03 (qty)
Core Plate Label: 03-04055-00 (qty1)
Core Plate: 03-04110-00 (qty1)

If you have a 13slot Chassis, you need the following parts:
PCie Host Card: 01-04978-01
Mezzanine Card: 01-04960-02
Ipass Cable: 60-00039-03 (3 meter)
Core Plate: 03-04110-00
For PE6R4 backplane: 01-04050-03
Slot panel: 03-04875-01 (qty 1)
Slot cover: 25-00090-01 (qty1)
Core Plate Label: 03-04055-00 (qty1)

You can request to assemble the back panel, coreplate, slot cover and core plate cover altogether and put a Kapton Tape on slot#10(w/c is the first PCI slot).

If you are connecting to a laptop you need to get a different Cable and Host Card
